Production & Service Technician (01/02/07)
Objective/Scope
Involved in the day to day manufacture, assembly, test and servicing of the full range of Bowtech equipment.
Main Responsibilities
Manufacture, assembly, test and servicing of workshop manufactured and third party cameras, lights, sliprings etc.
• System assembly and test
• Compliance to company workmanship and quality standards
• Direct contact with customer for servicing enquiries
• Assisting with maintenance and preparation of lease pool equipment
• Preparation and maintenance of demonstration equipment
• PAT testing of all company equipment
• Understanding and operation of company Sage system
• Procurement of consumables and sourcing of difficult components
• Technical knowledge of company products
• Site visits as required for installation and test of equipment

Technical Sales Engineer (01/02/07)
Objective/Scope
To provide internal technical sales cover for all equipment supplied by company and to keep aware of full product range and newest technology pertinent to our products.
Main Responsibilities
• Be fully aware of equipment being promoted by the company and keep current with specifications
• Provide a technical support to the entire sales team both internal and external
• Keep abreast of latest technology, industry activity and competitors ranges
• To evaluate all tenders and RFQ's for non standard products and systems, recommending which to persue, and then collating the information to allow tendering to take place
• Liaise with clients and provide sales quotations both verbal and written
• Cultivate relationship with key customers
• Expedite outstanding quotations
• Sales Order entry and processing
• Purchasing of stock items to complete Sales Orders
• Management of all technical sales issues
• Work with external sales team to develop new clients and relationships
• Understand pricing policies and margins
• Meet with clients to discuss particular special requirements
• Assist/visit trade shows and exhibitions as required
