When it is impractical to remove the slip ring assembly from the shaft to replace brushes, we can furnish a split cover for easier access to the brush system. If the brush dust accumulates rapidly due to high rpm or continuous rotation, the use of an air knife combined with an air amplifier converts this assembly into a self cleaning unit. This in turn increases the years of trouble free service.
