Bowtech are producing high quality mouldings in-house for all our own products and can also offer swift turnaround on external special orders requiring custom-manufactured moulds.

We use a Vertical Machining Centre for mould tool manufacture which allows fast turn around, from design to creation of the most complex moulds required in an ever demanding market.
Polyurethane can be moulded to almost any substrate or cable jacket material offering systems that are required for many varied shallow and deep water applications. The injected polyurethane moulding system produces extremely high quality moulds in comparison to open cast moulding systems.
We can also manufacture load-bearing terminated cables. We have previously supplied strain terminations tested up to 3000kg.
Mould tools are designed in-house using 3D CAD systems to produce technical and assembly drawings to customer requirements.
